My name is Dustin Mills, and I am a vocational rehabilitation counselor with the WV Division of Rehabilitation Services (WVDRS). We are a state agency that works with individuals with disabilities and provides services to help obtain or maintain employment. I wanted to reach out and let you know that WVDRS is seeking to generate more referrals. We are now back in our office full time, five days a week, and meeting with clients in person (while observing mask wearing and social distancing protocols). Any service provider can make a referral, and prospective clients can self-refer, as well. Our basic requirement is that the individual has a disability and wants to go to work (or needs services to retain employment).
I have attached an information sheet and updated referral form, which can be faxed to 304-528-5591. Referrals can also be made by phone by calling our office at 304-528-5585.
