Baby foods are just the right consistency for their practicing tongue movements and for advancing their eating skills. Available in many different varieties, baby foods also come in organic versions.Offer one fruit or veggie baby food (not a mixed variety) and wait about three days before introducing a new food. This helps you determine if your baby is sensitive to a particular food. Serve mixed fruit or veggie combos only after they have tried each of the foods individually. www.gerber.com/learning-center/fruit-and-vegetable-baby-food See the full list of #goodbeginnings resources here: www.cabellfrn.org/resources/parent-resources/ ... Brush, Book, Bed, a program of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), has a simple and clear message for parents:-Each night, help your children to brush their teeth.-Read a favorite book (or two)!-Get to bed at a regular time each night.Having a predictable nighttime routine will help them understand and learn to expect what comes next. Additionally, routines may ease the stress that some families experience at nighttime. www.healthychildren.org/English/healthy-living/oral-health/Pages/Brush-Book-Bed.aspx To get more tips, download our kids’ dental health resource guide here: bit.ly/kidsdentalhealthguide ...
