The Cabell County Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership (CCSAPP) is working to collect signatures to curb underage drinking with a Social Host Ordinance. The desired ordinance would allow the Cabell County Commission to enact legislation to hold responsible party hosts who knowingly serve alcohol to underage individuals.

It takes less than 30 seconds to add your name to the Social Host Ordinance and help stop the facilitation of underage drinking in Cabell County. Please help us fight for the health of our community.
