Cabell County Key Indicators ‘At a Glance’
The purpose of this meeting is to review the Cabell County ‘Key Indicators At a Glance’ document created from recommendations by Regional Health Connect partners for any changes. We will also use the ‘Key Indicators’ to identify which should be used to monitor progress for each of the 6 priorities identified in the Cabell County ‘Healthy Vision 2020’ Community Health Improvement Plan (e.g. COPD, Diabetes, Mental Health, Physical Activity, Substance Abuse, and Tobacco).
