Hello, thousands of children will be heading back to the classroom in the coming weeks…some as soon as August 1. Here at Huntington Area Food Bank we are preparing to send them back with the food and supplies they need to get a jump on the new school year. Now we need your help to make it happen.
“Pack the BackPack” night will be July 25 as part of 93.7 the Dawg’s Summer Concert Series.
The Carpenter Ants and HAFB’s own Sasha Collete will be performing. It’s a great night to get out and enjoy our community and help hungry children across our region at the same time.
We will have collection barrels set up for you drop off items starting at 6pm beside the stage. Hope to see you there and please pass this along to your friends.
