The Prevention Empowerment Partnership (PEP) and the CCSAPP Subcommittee are honored to partner with the Huntington Police Department and the Cabell County Sherriff’s Office to participate in the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take Back Day tomorrow (Saturday, April 27, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.) at two convenient locations:  the Cabell-Huntington Health Department and Drug Emporium in Barboursville.  This event is held twice a year to provide the community with a safe, convenient, and responsible way to dispose of unused or expired prescription drugs.   Please encourage your friends and family to clean out their medicine cabinets and bring them to one of the locations to make sure those prescriptions don’t end up in the wrong hands!
