We need moderators for the event.
Training will be offered on two days – Thursday, November 17th at 9:00 am and Monday, November 21st at 2:00 pm. Individuals interested in being trained as a moderator need to attend only one of the two sessions. It is important that we have a diversity of moderators and note takers – white and people of color. Please have them register for the training by emailing me or calling me at the number below.
In addition to moderators, we need note takers to capture the key points of the discussions at each table. It would be helpful, but not necessary, for those folks to attend a training session as well. Please have note taker volunteers who cannot attend the training contact me. We need to ensure that we have enough to cover each table.
