Why Your Support Matters

​When you give to the Cabell County Family Resource Network, you're helping your neighbors, friends, and families right here in our community. Every donation, big or small, helps us create opportunities, share resources, and make Cabell County a stronger, healthier place to live.

Because of support from people like you, we've been able to:
  • Place blue pinwheels across Cabell County to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month (April).
  • Host a self-care day with Dress for Success clients & community members, giving women in our community a chance to relax, recharge, and feel supported.
  • Attend the inaugural ACEs Conference.
  • Partner with the Family Resource Network of the Panhandle to lead an ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) session, helping families and providers understand the impact of adversity in childhood.
  • Bring families and organizations together at a community resource fair so people know where to turn for help.
  • Provide resources and gifts for the Cabell County Community Baby Shower.
  • Provide dental hygiene kits to the entire community.
  • Purchase and distribute backpacks for Cabell County students, making sure children are prepared to succeed in school.
