This site is provided for West Virginia citizens seeking to apply for assistance with one or more household needs. A variety of services are available through local Community Action Agencies and other community services providers. Eligibility for most assistance programs is based on household income and available funding. The following is a preliminary application intended to provide just enough information to service providers so they can contact you and complete the application process. By filling out the following forms, we can better understand your need. Please complete all information to the best of your knowledge. Depending on what programs you qualify for there may be additional paperwork needed.
