WV Oral Health Campaign – “Resources for Healthy Teeth Toolkit”

Please complete the follow survey to give input on what type of oral health training and resources might be helpful for your program and what you have used from the “Resources for Healthy Teeth Toolkit” launched in February 2017 on www.cabellfrn.org.

Results will be compiled by Cabell County Family Resource Network through a mini-grant to strengthen oral health promotion and outreach. It will be shared with our partners at Marshall University School of Medicine Oral Health department to better assist your programs.
